Team Bio
Great group of girls that bring a lot of excitement to practice and games. Established team currently playing in Division 1 SLYSA. Team has been together for 5+ years. We work really hard using the U.S. Soccer Player Development Initiatives to build strong, confident, well-rounded players on and off the field. We focus on the physical and mental parts of the game, and our girls will participate in a Mindfulness For Athletes course each session, training the brain to focus and building mental toughness.
